Sleuth Tips

                                 Look for Clues

How do sleuths get clues from pictures?

                                    • Sleuths use pictures to help them figure out words

or ideas that they don’t know.

                                    • Sleuths look at pictures to learn things that

                                       are not in the words.

                                 Ask Questions

                                    Why are sleuths so curious?

                                    • Sleuths wonder why or how something happened.

                                    • Sleuths know that being curious and asking

                                       questions can be fun!

                                 Make Your Case

Why don’t all sleuths agree on the answers?

                                    • Sleuths find different clues. They may put the

                                       clues together differently.

                                    • Sleuths know that they can learn from each other.

                                 Prove It!

How can sleuths use their imaginations to show
                                    what they have learned?

                                    • Sleuths use different ways to show what
                                       they know.

                                    • Sleuths think of many ways to share their ideas.
They might draw, write, or act!
